Baja Business Solutions LLC, doing business as BPO Centers (“we,” “us”), operates automated phone assistants that answer inbound telephone calls for local businesses. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you call a business served by BPO Centers, we process the call in order to answer it. This includes the phone number you are calling from, audio of the call, and transcripts of what is said. We use this information solely to handle your call and fulfill requests you make during it, such as answering questions, taking an order, transferring you to a staff member, or sending you a text message you asked for.
Text messages
If you call a business served by BPO Centers and verbally ask to receive information by text, for example an online ordering link, we send a single text message to the number you are calling from. We send no marketing or promotional texts, and we never send texts you did not request on that call.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We also honor plain-language opt-out requests, for example “please stop texting me.” Mobile numbers are never sold or shared for marketing. A record of your request, including your own words as transcribed, the time, the message sent, and its delivery status, is retained for four years.
How we share information
We share call information only with the business you called, since it is their customer interaction, and with the service providers needed to operate the system, such as telephone carriers and message delivery providers. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers for marketing purposes.
Retention
Call records are retained for a limited period for quality and troubleshooting. Text message consent records are retained for four years. You may request deletion of your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
Your choices
